Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed July 5, 2026 · Chronox is operated by Foundation Digital LLC (d/b/a Chronox).

We want everyone — including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or other assistive technology — to be able to use the Chronox website. We are committed to meeting Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Our commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We design and review the Chronox marketing site against WCAG 2.1 AA and work to make our content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. This includes clear heading structure, meaningful text alternatives for images, keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator, a "skip to main content" link, semantic landmarks, and not relying on color alone to convey meaning.

Conformance status

We assess this site as substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: it meets most of the standard, and we are actively remediating any remaining items. Because our marketing pages include rich, brand-styled visuals, some color-contrast and interaction details are still under human review; where we identify a gap, we prioritize a fix. If you encounter something that isn't working for you, please tell us — real-world reports are the fastest way for us to improve.

Measures we take

Known limitations

Some interactive product visualizations on our marketing pages are illustrative and are hidden from assistive technology; the meaningful information they depict is also described in the surrounding text. We are reviewing color-contrast on a small number of decorative, low-emphasis captions against our brand palette. These items are tracked and being addressed.

Report an accessibility barrier

If any part of the Chronox website is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, please contact us and we will help and work to fix the issue:

  • Email: privacy@chronoxapp.net (please put "Accessibility" in the subject)
  • Tell us the page or address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if you can.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to respond substantively within a reasonable time.

Compatibility and standards

The site is built to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. It uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in line with relevant standards. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which also supports compliance goals such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
